Everyone is fast asleep… and they’ve been that way since just before 10. We’ve had quite a day… and with the weather jumping from a chilly 68° and rainy to 80° and sunny, we’re all wore out.
My morning was typical mommy chores. Then I picked up Rochelle from school at 1:45 for her doctors appointment. She’s been getting tests done because her eye exam labeled her as a glaucoma suspect. From there, it was off to Sams Club for laundry detergent and other household stuff. We managed to make it home at 4:45, which left us with 45 minutes to eat dinner, feed the baby, change clothes, and get out the door for Ro and Liv’s first softball game!
Which brings me to their game… they lost, 1 to nothing. But, our team played well. And Rochelle even hit the ball and attempted to get on base! They played very well! Pics will be up soon… I just haven’t had the energy to plug in the camera… heh.
Game ended late. We got home at 8, bedtime is at 9. I played drill sergeant while I rushed the girls through their showers and bedtime snack. By 9, everyone was in bed, including the baby who fell asleep in daddy’s arms waiting for mommy to nurse her. By 10, even Bradford was snoring on the couch.
